Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026 · Template — review with a professional before relying on it.

1. Who we are

Dryf (“we”, “us”) provides booking, scheduling, reminder, payment and review software for driving schools and instructors (“you”).

2. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping your login secure. You must have the right to contact the students you add.

3. Acceptable use

Use Dryf only for lawful purposes. Don’t send messages to people who haven’t agreed to be contacted, and comply with Australian SMS/spam and privacy laws.

4. Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Where you collect lesson payments from students through Dryf, you are the merchant for those payments: funds settle directly to your own connected Stripe account, and a platform fee of 2% is retained by Dryf per transaction. Stripe’s own processing fees are deducted from your side of the payment.

5. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

You decide whether to refund a student, and you are responsible for refunds, disputes and chargebacks on lesson payments and cancellation fees you collect. Because those payments settle to your own account, a disputed payment is reversed from your balance, along with any fee the payment provider charges for the dispute. Where a chargeback is nonetheless recovered from Dryf, you agree to reimburse us for that amount. Cancellation fees you choose to charge are yours to set, waive and defend; Dryf only raises them at your instruction.

6. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We’re not liable for losses arising from downtime, third-party providers, or events outside our control.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. Nothing limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll let you know of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
