Three steps, then it runs itself.
Share your link or embed it on your site. Learners pick a time in seconds — no phone tag, no back-and-forth.
Automatic reminders the day before cut no-shows, and students can pay online up front — or in person if they prefer. Your choice, per lesson.
Every confirmed lesson lands on your dashboard and your real calendar — Google, Apple or Outlook. Check your phone like always; it's all there.
Someone drops out? Dryf offers the spot to your waitlist straight away. And when it's too late to refill — a no-show, or a text ten minutes before — it charges your cancellation fee instead, so the hour isn't a write-off.
Automatic reminders the day before every lesson keep students turning up — and your hours billable instead of wasted.
Take payment online when students book, or in person — your call. Paid lessons lock the slot so you're never left chasing money.
Every booking syncs straight to your Google or Apple calendar. Check your phone like you always do — the lessons are just there.
Share one link — students book themselves in seconds, day or night. No more phone tag or missed enquiries.
See who's booked, who's due for their test, and what you've earned this week — no spreadsheet required.
Quicker to install than an app from the store — no account to set up with Apple, no download, no updates to chase. Open Dryf in your browser, tap Share, tap Add to Home Screen. That's it — it sits next to everything else, opens full screen, and lands straight on today's lessons.
A native App Store version is on the way. This gets you there today.
Learners are happiest the moment they get out of the car — and that's exactly when nobody remembers to ask. Dryf asks for you, every completed lesson, automatically. More reviews is how the next learner finds you instead of the school down the road.
“Hope your lesson went well — if you've got twenty seconds, a quick Google review makes a real difference.”
Sent automatically the moment you mark a lesson complete. You never have to ask anyone.
Passed first go! Genuinely the calmest instructor — never once made me feel stupid.
Thanks so much for the kind words, Chloe! It was a pleasure teaching you.
Really patient with me. Went from terrified of roundabouts to fine in about six lessons.
Booked online at 11pm, had a lesson two days later. So much easier than ringing around.
Every student gets the same link, so your rating is honestly earned — filtering for good reviews breaks Google's rules and gets listings penalised.
Dryf is new, and made in Perth. Everything here started as something a working instructor said wasn't good enough.
“I was busy at 9:30 on a Tuesday, so I had to block the whole day and lose four bookable hours.”
You can block a single time now. The rest of the day stays open.
“I took a month off and clicked thirty-three days one at a time.”
Select the days, or the whole month, and block them in one go.
“Students keep picking dates I'm not available, then giving up.”
The booking page is a calendar. Days you can't take are greyed out before anyone clicks them.
“If someone cancels ten minutes before, nobody's filling that slot.”
So Dryf asks whether to charge your late-cancellation fee — and waiving it is one tap.
Recover one no-show a month and it's already covered. Cancel anytime.

Dryf is booking and admin software for Australian driving instructors. It gives you your own booking page, sends reminders before every lesson, takes payments, syncs lessons to your calendar, tracks each student's logged hours, and offers cancelled slots to your waitlist automatically.
$89 per month, with the first 7 days free. There are no setup fees and no lock-in contract — you can cancel any time from your billing page. If you take payments from students through Dryf, there's a 2% platform fee on those transactions, plus Stripe's own card fee of roughly 1.75% + 30c.
No. If you can use online banking, you can use Dryf. Setup is filling in your name, your suburb, your lesson price and the times you work — about ten minutes. After that most instructors only ever look at one screen: today's lessons.
Yes. Dryf installs straight to your home screen from your browser — open it, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It gets a real icon, opens full screen with no browser bars, and lands on today's lessons. It works the same way on iPhone and Android, and it updates itself, so there's nothing to download and nothing to keep up to date.
The slot goes straight back on your booking page and Dryf offers it to your waitlist and your other active students, so it can refill without you ringing around. Be realistic about timing: a cancellation the night before usually refills, one ten minutes before usually won't. For those you can set a late-cancellation fee, so the hour isn't a total loss.
Yes, and you decide. You can take card payment up front, take payment in person, or offer both and let the student choose per lesson. Online payments go to your own bank account through Stripe — Dryf never holds your money.
Yes. Dryf gives you a private calendar link you add once to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Every booking, cancellation and reschedule then shows up in the calendar you already check, without you doing anything.
That's what the reminders are for. Every student gets an automatic reminder the day before their lesson with the time and pickup address, which is the single biggest cause of a learner forgetting. You can also mark a no-show in one tap so it's recorded against that student rather than lost.
Dryf is built for solo instructors today, and that's who it's tested with. Multi-instructor schools are on the roadmap — if you run a team, get in touch and tell us what you need before we build it.
Yes. Hours are added to each student's log book automatically when you mark a lesson complete, and students are flagged as test-ready once they reach the hours they need. You can also write notes on what to work on next, and Dryf emails them to the learner and their supervising driver.
Dryf is built for Australian instructors and is being used first in Perth, where it's made. Nothing in it is WA-specific — times, pricing and log-book hours are yours to set, so it works anywhere in Australia.
It stays yours. Your students, lessons and history are your records, and you can ask for an export at any time — including after you cancel. Dryf doesn't sell data and doesn't share it with anyone else.
